  What's Changed

  Primary changes of this version is Thread-based Chat + Better Locale Support.
  Now new thread will be created when bot enters the voice channel, and bot will speak every chat you typed.
  Most of the commands have changed to ephemeral, and will be automatically translated to your Discord client's language.
  From this version, only warning and error will be logged when running as production mode.
