Expected Behavior

Set Time button always work regardless of the selected column.

Actual Behavior

Set Time button does not work when Text column is selected.

Possible Solution

Currently, Set Time only set time at selected Time column and do nothing when non-Time column is selected.
Set action for when non-Time column button is selected.

Using Set Time while selecing Text column at the new UI will change first Time column, closing this issue.
