Expected Behavior

Move Selected Row Up and Move Selected Row Down works without any issue.

Actual Behavior

Move Selected Row Up and Move Selected Row Down works inconsistently or sometimes completely does not work.

Possible Solution

Implementation is incomplete and dirty, need to redone.
